About Delta Water Processing

At Delta Water Processing we operate a centralized waste treatment facility authorized by a Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) permit. We accept Subcategory B (Oily Waters) and Subcategory C (Organic Streams) wastewaters at our facility.

Here at Delta Water Processing we can manage a wide variety of wastewater streams due to our ability to pretreat with phase separation in our oil water separators and a dissolved air floatation unit. Our process flow then undergoes biological treatment, which is routinely monitored in our on-site laboratory to ensure compliance with our TPDES permit, prior to final discharge into the Houston Ship Channel.

Selecting Delta Water Processing

Environmentally conscious facility:

  • Treating wastewater to a standard that meets a Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permit that allows direct discharge to the Houston Ship Channel
  • Biomonitoring results demonstrate the effluent water discharged from Delta Water Processing is cleaner than the receiving stream
  • Providing a way to minimize waste that is being landfilled, burned, or deep well injected by our capacity to accept a wide variety of steams at various concentration levels

Ability to manage high volumes:

  • The final phase of our TPDES permit authorizes a daily discharge of 26 million gallons
  • Hydraulic capacity at the plant is 16 million gallons

Multiple off-load point to expedite truck turn around:

  • Industrial off-load area
  • 6 bays for multiple truck off-load
  • Average off-load time is 55-miuntes
  • Septic off-load area
  • 2 points to discharge

Competitive Pricing:

  • Each waste stream is uniquely screened and priced
  • Single time generation streams/project streams are priced within 48 hours to keep our customer’s projects moving
  • Ability to take streams with ammonia, elevated TSS, or higher concentration contaminants, give our customers an alternative to traditional disposal methods
